On the first floor: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

The additional costs are included: light, gas, garbage collection, assurance, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool and relative equipment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September and according to weather conditions.

Extra Services

Bed and bath linen: € 12 per person (weekly change is compulsory).

Pets: € 30 per week (for final disinfection).

Extra bed: not available in this apartment.

Domestic service: € 8 per hour.
