On the ground floor: sitting-room with sofa, armchairs, antique farm writing desk, chimney in “serena” rock (typical rock of the area) and “sanguigni” pictures on the walls (typical ochre drawings of local artists), kitchen with table and chairs, oven, freezer, refrigerator.
On the first floor: bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with one single bed that communicates with the double bedroom, corridor with wardrobe, bathroom with antique metal bathtub and separate modern shower.

Minimum stay: 3 nights.

The additional costs are included: light, gas, garbage collection, final cleaning, use of the swimming pool and relative equipment. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September and according to weather conditions.

Extra Services

Bed and bath linen: € 12 per person (weekly change is compulsory).

Pets: € 30 per week (for final disinfection).

Extra bed: € 10 per night.

Domestic service: € 8 per hour.
